What material can be made into pellets?

Forestry and Agro-waste material can be used to make wood pellets. For example: Wood Chips, Shaving , Saw dust, Groundnut-shell, Sugarcane Biogases, Caster Shells/Stalk, Coffee Husk, Paddy Straw, Sunflower Stalk, Cotton Stalks, Tobacco waste Mustard Stalk, Jute waste, Bamboo Dust, Tea waste, Wheat Straw, Palm husk, Soybeans husk, Coir Pitch Barks/Straws, Rice Husks etc.
 

How many systems does a complete pellet plant include?

A complete wood pellet plant includes the Raw Material Receiving/ Sieving/ Pulverizing System, Drying system, Pelleting/Cooling/Sieving System, weighing and packing System, Assistant System, Electric Control System. And possibly others as per your requests, such as material size, moisture content, bagging requirement, we can provide custom-built proposals.
 

Does the process of pelletizing need steam supply?

Our Biomass Pellet Mill machinery can make wood pellet with or without steam. Our suggestion is to adopt a steam supply system when the capacity is more than 1t/h and don't use steam supply system when the capacity is less than 1t/h. Steam supply system will increase investment, on the other hand it can increase capacity from 30% to 50% and prolong the life of the machinery and the extra parts.
 

Does the quotation include installation?

Our Biomass Pellet Mill price does not include installation costs although it can be provided upon request at an extra cost.
 

Can the Biomass Pellet Mill work continuously for 24 hours?

Yes.
 

Is a dryer necessary for a Biomass Pellet Mill?

The optimal moisture content of the raw material is 15% before pelletizing. If the moisture of the material is more than the above figure, a dryer will be needed.
 

What's the fuel for the heating system of the dryer?

Multiform fuel such as Oil, Coal, gas, or biomass fuel can be adopted depending on the heat of the stove which you select.
 

Does your Biomass Pellet Mill have an approved CE certificate?

Yes.
 

What's the material of the Ring Die in the Biomass Pellet Mill?

Stainless steel.
 

Is the lubricating system automatic or manual?

Automatic.
 

What’s the parameter of wood pellet, density, or caloric value?

The density is about 1.1 to 1.3, caloric value is above 4000.(depend on different material)
